Within the Congo LNG integrated development, Key Solution played a central role in the EICT integration Engineering and Commissioning across offshore, FLNG, FPU, and onshore assets. In a highly interconnected and fast-track environment, we ensured operational coherence between platforms, Scarabeo 5 FPU, Tango and N’GUYA FLNG, OPT, and telecom networks. Through structured ICSS design, C&E definition, and H40-driven integration governance, we enabled a unified, safe, and fully coordinated field architecture.
Role KS
Key Solution led the EICT integration scope across Marine XII assets, managing ICSS architecture, telecom systems, and complex Cause & Effect philosophies. We engineered the functional integration between offshore platforms, Scarabeo 5 FPU, FLNG units, and onshore facilities, ensuring system interoperability, functional safety, and centralized monitoring. Leveraging H40, we governed integration logic, hierarchical mapping, and commissioning alignment across all connected nodes.
Deliverables
Integration engineering diagrams, field-wide C&E philosophies, ICSS control logic, telecom architectures, hierarchical system mapping through H40, and commissioning support for multi-asset synchronization between offshore and onshore facilities.
Results
Achieved seamless operational integration across multiple assets, enabling safe start-up, remote monitoring, and coordinated field performance. H40 ensured full visibility of interdependencies, reducing integration risk and accelerating commissioning execution.
